Check for a hidden leak tonight
A water bill that keeps rising often means water is escaping where you cannot see it. Your meter can tell you in half an hour.
- Turn off every tap, the washing machine and anything else that uses water.
- Wait until the roof tank has stopped refilling, so its float valve is closed.
- Note the meter reading at your gate or in the meter cabinet, including the red digits.
- Wait 30 minutes without using any water, then read the meter again.
A rough check, not a diagnosis. A float valve that will not close also shows as movement.

How much does a plumber cost?
Labour starts at RM80 an hour. Parts are extra and are quoted before they are fitted, so you know the total before you agree. Send a photo on WhatsApp for a first view of the job.
Do you really come out at night?
Yes. We are open 24 hours, every day. Night calls are usually burst pipes, no water or flooding. Message us and we will tell you when a plumber can reach you, and confirm the charges before we set off.
What should I do while I wait for a burst pipe?
Close the main valve. In a landed house it is usually beside the meter at your gate. In a condo it is often in the meter cabinet outside your unit. Switch off the water heater and any sockets near the water, and move valuables away.
Can you give me a price on WhatsApp?
We can give a rough idea from a photo or video. The price for parts is given on site once the cause is found, and you approve it before work starts.
Do you work in condos?
Yes. Many condos ask contractors to register at the guardhouse and keep noisy work to set hours. Tell us your building and we will follow its rules.
